In order to achieve the finely crafted flavours available in our selection of the classic French cake Gâteau Mille Crêpes we selects premium ingredients from all over the world. Sicilian lemons are juiced by hand to make our house-made lemon curd, Valrhona 70% dark chocolate is tempered in-house, sesame seeds are imported from Nagoya in Japan and then baked and ground in-house... We are committed to creating harmonious blends of flavours and present eight signature cakes to transcend your moments into memories.

Mille is a modern and elegant patisserie located near Paddington station. With our innovative on-site patissier we produce a unique range of premium mille crepe cakes daily. Our delicious crepes are layered between luxurious signature infusions to deliver a truly unique gastronomic experience at any time of the day.
We use gelatine in the jelly toppings on some of our cakes so Lemon, Sesame, Original and Matcha are suitable for halal or vegetarian diets.
We are currently working on replacing the gelatine with a plant-based ingredient.
